PADI Emergency Oxygen Provider Instructor

With over 30+ specialties and many more distinctive specialties to choose from, PADI Specialty Instructors get to teach divers to take part of more activities while underwater. Whether it’s deep diving, wreck diving, underwater photography or underwater cleanups, there’s a specialty to fit any interest. Specialty Instructors must have the requisite training and experience in their area of interest, including having completed the required number of dives*, and apply to teach the specialty. PADI Members must be renewed and authorized to conduct PADI courses and programs. *Number of dives is determined by specialty and the prerequisites outlined in the PADI Instructor Manual.

To become a Specialty Instructor, you must: - Hold the appropriate PADI certification level - Participate in 20 dives in the specialty area** - Certify at least 25 divers**. - Agree to use the PADI Specialty Course Instructor Guide by signing the statement on the application or submit an instructor-authored outline to your PADI Office for review. - Other prerequisites may apply to some specialties. **Unless undertaking this as part of Course Director training.
