Emergency First Response Instructor Trainers can expand your passion for teaching by training others to become Emergency First Response Instructors.
Participants complete eLearning and write a basic marketing plan for both their EFR provider and their instructor-level training, prior to attending an online program. The eLearning contains the Knowledge Review and final exam, with guidance on how to create a marketing plan.
The online program starts with a presentation and then moves to a practical session, during which candidates discuss their marketing plan and consult with an EFR Master to help develop a successful instructor training business. Participants perform hands-on teaching demonstrations and practice positive coaching techniques using scenario practice.
Verify an individual PADI Member’s credential status here: https://bit.ly/PADIProChek. PADI Members must be renewed and authorized to conduct PADI courses and programs.
